Welcome to the SuperMums blog!

My name is Lucia, and I am honoured to be the first ambassador of SuperMums Belgium. I am a mum of a baby boy, Rafael, who is currently 17 months old. I discovered SuperMums when I was just 12 weeks pregnant, and I’m extremely happy that I did! I started SuperBellies straight away and fell in love with the classes. Exercising on a regular basis during pregnancy helped me with my back pain, gave me energy and made me feel more prepared for labour.

About 7 weeks after giving birth, I was able to get active without having to leave my baby with a babysitter. The option of bringing Rafael to the SuperMums classes meant that I could easily start working out again.

Bea, the coach and creator of SuperMums, is definitely a big part of why I enjoy SuperMums so much. Not only does she make the classes tough and fun at the same time, she is also extremely knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal topics. Bea is always in a great mood, full of energy and takes the time to talk with anyone who has questions before or after a class.

I’m glad that I was given the opportunity to join the SuperMums team and express my newly found passion by a means of a blog.
