INTENSIVE PROGRAM

This 9 weeks of hybrid online-studio classes will focus on closing your diastasis recti and build a functional core.

  • Daily home workouts (around 30 minutes) in complete progressive program: each week builds on the last so you can clearly see your progress.

  • Exercises explained from the very basics: perfect even if you’ve never done sports or seen a physiotherapist.

  • Abdominal evaluations at the start, at week 5, and at the end of week 9.

  • One weekly class at the studio or online. Exactly 18 credits to use in 3 months. (Consider 1 class in the studio is 2 credits and online is 1)

  • Unlimited Online access for 6 months so you can do the classes that are more convenient for you at every stage during the program and after to consolidate your results. This means live online classes and access to the recorded classes. The value of this is already 500€.

  • WhatsApp group with priority. All questions will be answered ASAP.

  • Bonus: A practical guide with tips on how to move in your daily life so you can keep working on your diastasis without even noticing.

SUPPORT GROUP

They say you need 21 days to create a habit. The SuperMums Detox group is a program of 3 weeks where we support each other to eat healthier.

We remove what’s not needed from our diet: refined carbs, sugars, sweets, and we share our healthy recipes in our WhatsApp group. You will learn creative ways to eat, and most importantly, you will lose a few kilos in the process!

EXERCICES DURING POSTPARTUM QUARANTINE

Right after giving birth, your body is going through a lot. Endless nights breastfeeding, holding your newborn baby, let alone all the changes that happened in your belly and pelvic floor.

This program will give you short exercise routines, of around 5 minutes, for you to relieve tension, stretch, relax contracted muscles, and slowly start to work on your pelvic floor via Hypopressives by LPF.

The exercises can be done while daddy changes a diaper, so there will always be 5 minutes here and there to also take care of yourself after the marathon of giving birth!
