This 9 weeks of hybrid online-studio classes will focus on closing your diastasis recti and build a functional core. It consists of daily video exercises and optionally 1 live class (at the studio or online).

Detox
SUPPORT GROUP
They say you need 21 days to create a habit. The SuperMums Detox group is a program of 3 weeks where we support each other to eat healthier.
We remove what’s not needed from our diet: refined carbs, sugars, sweets, and we share our healthy recipes in our WhatsApp group. You will learn creative ways to eat, and most importantly, you will lose a few kilos in the process!
Price: 1.5 credits or 37.5€ (or 49€ non members)

My first 6 weeks as a SuperMum
EXERCICES DURING POSTPARTUM QUARANTINE
Right after giving birth, your body is going through a lot. Endless nights breastfeeding, holding your newborn baby, let alone all the changes that happened in your belly and pelvic floor.
This program will give you short exercise routines, of around 5 minutes, for you to relieve tension, stretch, relax contracted muscles, and slowly start to work on your pelvic floor via Hypopressives by LPF.
The exercises can be done while daddy changes a diaper, so there will always be 5 minutes here and there to also take care of yourself after the marathon of giving birth!

POSTPARTUM PROGRAM
Five weeks programme to go back to running in a safe way after having a kid.
- Running program from the beginning
- Strength workout: reinforce legs and core
- Mobility exercises
- Hypopressive exercises to protect our pelvic floor and inner core.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19h in front of the SuperMums Studio.
