We are specialised in perinatal workouts, pelvic floor and diastasis recti. Already 8 years of experience closing diastasis recti and recovering pelvic floors while exercising and getting a fitter body and a happier mind.

You can bring your baby and your kids to class! All classes are livestreamed and recorded so you can exercise live or offline from wherever you want!
