The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

A MUST-DO activity for future moms before and after childbirth.
The teachers give 100% and more so that we feel good about ourselves in and out of class.
The chat groups they organize are also very helpful for all practical information between moms. They also include very interesting courses to work the pelvic floor and get in shape.
In short, a very complete studio for all women with/without babies/children!!!

Absolutely loved SuperBellies prenatal classes and Super Mums postnatal classes! A must-do for any Mum or Mum to be. Bea is the most amazing coach, I've enjoyed both pregnancy and postpartum so much more thanks to Bea's targeted exercises! The atmosthpere is lovely too, also in the online classes have been a life saver during the pandemic! I highly recommend Super Mums! 💚💚💚

I am extremely glad that I fell into Bea’s hands, she is a true professional who not only knows how to guide you through the pre natal- post natal period at the highest level, but also makes you fell as if you were doing this in a circle of close friends. The variety of elements that she uses for each step of the motherhood journey, makes it all so much more enjoyable. And when her expertise reaches the limits, she will always have you recommended something/someone good!

I first joined the Superbellies class during my pregnancy and then Supermums. Bea is a great instructor herself, listens to the questions and always trying to find a solution. The studio is spacious, well organised and very clean. I recommend for all mums to be. The best thing to start motherhood is to take care of yourself.
