The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

SPECIFIC FOR YOU

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

You can bring your baby to all sessions, so that you can focus on your health while also attending his needs. There is time for both of you!

Beatriz is the instructor you need for your pregnancy/post partum recovery journey! She is super professional, fun, motivates you and really cares about teaching you the right postures so you can work out the most efficient way. Supermums is a great place to go to for prenatal and postnatal fitness! Also classes offered for non-mums too. Bea and Anamaria are very passionate and make the classes fun, but challenging and are always willing to help support you. In addition to the classes offered, Bea helps foster a really kind community of women and a forum to ask questions and exchange tips or ask baby-related questions. With Covid restrictions, all the classes are online using props you have in the home, making them accessible wherever you are in the world.

The classes are a lot of fun and well designed to get a full body workout. Bea, the trainer, adapts the exercises to women’s physiognomy and is a master in teaching hypopresives. With Supermums I got the best version of my body back after the second pregnancy and I am part of a fantastic community. Thank you!
