The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

SPECIFIC FOR YOU

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

I absolutely recommend Supermums for fitness pre and post pregnancy!! There are so many different classes and options to stay fit and stay/get back to shape in a healthy and balanced manner. But most of all, supermums is a community of wonderful women, a family, and a place of support and empowerment for new mums and women more generally. Thank you Bea for leading this beautiful place and thank you Diana as well for keeping us fit and sane with amazing workouts, workshops and other programs!

Bea has a fantastic fitness program not only for mums but for women in general. Even in COVID times the online classes keep us motivated and fit. I have never been stronger. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend SuperMums to all mums (soon to be mums, those with babies or older kids). There are workouts for all stages of motherhood!! Bea and Annamaria are great, they are super professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I did superbellies throughout my pregnancy and now I’m slowly regaining my strength and fitness with the supermums classes.

A MUST-DO activity for future moms before and after childbirth.
The teachers give 100% and more so that we feel good about ourselves in and out of class.
The chat groups they organize are also very helpful for all practical information between moms. They also include very interesting courses to work the pelvic floor and get in shape.
In short, a very complete studio for all women with/without babies/children!!!

After 3 pregnancies and a very bad delivery my pelvic floor was in terrible shape. At supremums, groups are very small so you are sure to learn the posture right. After few months not only I feel my pelvic floor is much stronger but my posture has dramatically improved and so have my deep abdominals too. Thanks Bea for being such a great coach!!!! I cannot recommend her enough too!
