The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

It has great classes for pregnant, amazing studio and amazing teachers ( Bea and Annamaria). For now, both live and online classes are offered with price differentiation between the two. The chat groups are also amazing, bring sense of community and a lot of knowledge! Highly recommended!

I attended the SuperMums course specifically designed for pregnant women (SuperBellies) in 2020 and I absolutely recommend it! Bea, the trainer, is extremely prepared and super helpful. Also, getting to be part of the SuperMums community is a big plus.

I've been working out with Bea for 9 months. Supermums is exactly what a mum needs: hard work, effective but fun at the same time. What I LOVE about the classes is that they are varied; there is a different "mix" of exercises each time! Bea is very motivated, patient, punctual, professional and a beautiful person.

....January 2021: and here I am still training with SuperMums.... for more than 4 years 😜🤗 It is the golden formula that keeps me motivated: safe and effective workout with an experienced trainer and different options for all levels of fitness!

Grâce à Supermums je suis restée en forme pendant ma grossesse et vite récupéré après l’accouchement. Et on s’amuse en faisant du sport avec d’autres mamans :) Je recommande !

After 3 pregnancies and a very bad delivery my pelvic floor was in terrible shape. At supremums, groups are very small so you are sure to learn the posture right. After few months not only I feel my pelvic floor is much stronger but my posture has dramatically improved and so have my deep abdominals too. Thanks Bea for being such a great coach!!!! I cannot recommend her enough too!

I've been doing Bea's SuperMums class since the end of last year, not long after the birth of my second baby. I can't recommend her enough. The classes are really varied (obviously with a focus on core & hypopressive technique) with a mix of weights, Latin dance, aerobics, always a bit different so we don't get bored. She's also our great motivator out of the classes, making sure we stay on top of our healthy eating & living plan, and always there to offer advice on any post natal issues we may have. Since going back to work I now go to her evening classes at World Class Gym.
