The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

SPECIFIC FOR YOU

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

Supermums is a great thing to choose to get prepared for your childbirth and to take care about your pelvic floor after the delivery. Warmly recommended if you want keep your body fit during the pregnancy and after. Staff very professional and attentive to customers' needs. Super nice studio with great classes (online for now). Bea motivates you to stay in shape during pregnancy and get back in shape after birth. Always with big smile! Pregnancy and postbirth are very special phases in your life and all the support you can have is super welcome. Supermums goes much further than fitness! It has a family feeling where everyone tries to help everyone! Really recommend!

I first joined the Superbellies class during my pregnancy and then Supermums. Bea is a great instructor herself, listens to the questions and always trying to find a solution. The studio is spacious, well organised and very clean. I recommend for all mums to be. The best thing to start motherhood is to take care of yourself.

I totally recommend Supermums! I really enjoyed it and had a great time there.

On one hand, is an excellent way of becoming active again and recovering from the delivery. You dance, do hypopressives and gain strength to hold your baby 💪

On the other hand, you get to know other mothers and babies and socialise for a bit (improving your mental health 😜).

Besides, the centre is perfectly adapted for babies: you have rocking chairs, toys and pillows so you can leave the baby comfortably next to you while exercising. You have changing tables, bottle warmer; place where to leave the stroller, seat s to breastfeed, etc.

Supermums is the perfect place for mums to work out! And it really goes beyond the exercise, with amazing workshops that are constantly available, a welcoming studio where everything was well thought, and even time and space to meet others mothers and babies.
