The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

A MUST-DO activity for future moms before and after childbirth. 💪
Thanks to these classes I not only feel much better about myself mentally and physically, but also very prepared to face childbirth.
The professional quality of the teachers is fantastic but the personal quality is even better.
Totally recommended to all women!

Bea offers tailored gym training for women with special courses for pregnancy and postpartum but also general fitness (including hiit and hypopressives) for women of all ages. Bea is a very attentive teacher that gives classes in small groups. She will carefully follow-you and adapt exercises for your level and fitness. Besides the courses, there is a great atmosphere and a WhatsApp group to exchange and ask for information with other participants in Brussels. During COVID, SuperMums give classes online.I highly recommend SuperMums if you are looking for serious gym training with a warm atmosphere.

Bea propose des séances pré et postnatal. Super pour rester active pendant la grossesse🤰 et pour récupérer après l'accouchement. Jamais je ne n'aurais retrouvé ma forme aussi rapidement sans ses cours. Merci SuperMums 💞

I first joined the Superbellies class during my pregnancy and then Supermums. Bea is a great instructor herself, listens to the questions and always trying to find a solution. The studio is spacious, well organised and very clean. I recommend for all mums to be. The best thing to start motherhood is to take care of yourself.

Doing Supermums is a real help during post-partum and maternity leave. Not only for the exercices that really help your body to recover, but also for the support, the community of mums that you can meet and who support each others. You can come with your baby, all baby friendly (changes tables, toys, mats)! And Bea and Diana are the best!
