Healthy brownies

I made these brownies with my toddler on a rainy Sunday and he enjoyed the process very much. Especially the part where he got to taste the batter before we put it in the oven ;)

What you will need:

2 tins of cooked black beans (drained weight 500g)

4 eggs

220g coconut oil

150ml maple syrup

85g cacao powder

How to make it?

Preheat the oven to 170degrees. Rinse and drain the black beans.
Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor until you achieve a smooth texture.
Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 45min.
Leave to cool and then cut into squares.
