The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

SuperMums is absolutely great to get back in shape after having a baby. You can bring the little one along and the babies are having fun seeing their mums doing some workout. Bea is a great trainer, absolutely professional, fun and just wonderful, she can motivate anyone. It is also a great place to gather and meet other mums!

Je me suis inscrite au cours SuperBellies de chez SuperMums dans le but de rester active durant ma grossesse tout en étant sure d'être accompagnée de professionnelles sachant quels exercices sont bons pendant cette période. Avec la pandémie, je n'ai malheureusement pas pu faire de cours en présentiel mais les cours online sont supers et fait avec caméra pour que la prof puisse corriger notre position si besoin. Ils font aussi des cours postnatal auxquels j'ai bien l'intention de m'inscrire après mon accouchement. Je recommande totalement !!

I started taking classes with Bea when I was pregnant and I've continued ever since, two years on. Bea is an incredible coach, she's warm, motivated and gives small and tailored classes focusing on strenght building and maintaining pelvic floor's health. Although classes are tailored for women who went through pregnancy, they are really good for any woman who wants to keep in shape in an intimate, friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere.

Absolutely loved SuperBellies prenatal classes and Super Mums postnatal classes! A must-do for any Mum or Mum to be. Bea is the most amazing coach, I've enjoyed both pregnancy and postpartum so much more thanks to Bea's targeted exercises! The atmosthpere is lovely too, also in the online classes have been a life saver during the pandemic! I highly recommend Super Mums! 💚💚💚

Supermums is a great thing to choose to get prepared for your childbirth and to take care about your pelvic floor after the delivery. Warmly recommended if you want keep your body fit during the pregnancy and after. Staff very professional and attentive to customers' needs. Attending Supermums classes makes definitely the difference!

I am doing the no more diastasis program at Supermums and this program is really amazing… half of the third week of nine weeks and there is a visible difference already!! The mind is more connected during any movement I do: I remember how much I suffer during the hypopressive exercises and I try to keep core close, while holding the baby or doing efforts to do not vanify the progresses!!! 😍My boyfriend is also impressed by the result and my old kid (4.5 yo) 3 weeks ago asked me if I had another baby in the belly…. And now he is also telling me how small is becomin the belly! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻
