Halloween Fun at SuperMums Belgium! 👻🎃

Get ready for a spooktacular time at SuperMums during the Halloween Week.

From 28th October to 31st October, we invite you and your little ones to come to class in costume! 🤩 Dress up in your favorite Halloween gear—whether it’s a fun costume for you or a cute little outfit for your baby—and let’s make our workouts even more festive.

Don’t worry, costumes are optional, but we guarantee it’ll add an extra dose of fun and community spirit to our sessions! 

No tricks, just treats! We can’t wait to see all the creative costumes! 🧡👶🎃.

Detox success stories! 

After three weeks of dedication and commitment, we’re excited to share the amazing results of our detox program! Our SuperMums have worked hard to reset their bodies and minds, and the results speak for themselves:

Meet Kirsten

TEMPORARY ADDED YOGA CLASSES

We are excited to introduce Kirsten to you. Some of you may already know her from the SMA classes. Kirsten recently became a certified yoga instructor and she will temporarily be offering special yoga classes at our studio on Thursdays at 14h, starting on October 24th. You can book the class as usual via your schedule. Best of all, no credits are required for these sessions. These sessions will be available until December 12th, so be sure to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!

Last but not least: In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all participants, we kindly ask that babies are not brought to the classes

A few words directly from Kirsten to you:

“Hi girls, Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience, these sessions are designed to help you feel good, all while giving me the chance to refine my teaching. These postpartum-friendly classes are perfect for all levels, so no prior yoga experience is needed. Together, we will focus on: Building strength + Improving flexibility + Enhancing balance.

And of course, there will be time for relaxation and meditation—allowing you to reconnect with your body and calm your mind during the demands of motherhood.

I would be happy to welcome you to try one or more sessions, and as I’m still growing in my teaching journey, your feedback is more than welcome!

New WhatsApp Survey: Morning & Lunchtime Availability

Thank you all for participating in last month’s survey! Your feedback has been invaluable in improving our schedule and shaping new class offerings. You may have noticed small changes, like the updated Saturday times, and we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be adding morning and lunchtime classes for you to join before work or during your break.

To finalize the schedule, we’d love to hear your preferences for WonderWomums Strength on Friday mornings and for various lunchtime classes (SM advanced, WW cardio) on Thursdays. Head over to the SuperMums WhatsApp Community group and cast your vote now!

Useful Tips for the Cold Season:

As the days get shorter and the air gets slowly crisper, we know it can be tough to stay motivated to work out. But keeping active during the cooler months is key to staying energized and healthy. Here are some simple tips to help you stay on track this fall:

🍂 Struggling with low energy? Make sure to stay hydrated and fuel your body with nutrient-dense, seasonal foods like sweet potatoes, apples, and leafy greens.

🍂 Finding time to exercise can be a challenge. What about exercising at home? Many SuperMums already make it happen! Check out our video library for GAH and hypopressive exercises, for example, that takes only 30 minutes. 

🍂  And just a reminder about your proteins: They are essential for muscle repair and recovery, especially after workouts. They help maintain muscle mass, boost metabolism, and keep you feeling fuller for longer. Include lean meats, legumes, and plant-based protein sources to support your fitness and overall health goals this season.

🍂 Going back to work soon? Don’t Forget About Yourself! As you transition back to work, remember to take time for yourself. Our evening classes are a perfect way to recharge after a busy day, and it’s a great opportunity for your baby and partner to bond while you focus on your well-being. Plus, don’t miss our Saturday sessions and the new lunchtime classes coming soon!
