Eating well with limited time: simple strategies for busy mums

Between nappies, work, appointments, messes and laundry, who has time to meal prep? Let alone cook every day. But at SuperMums, we hear this question constantly, and we get it. You want to feed yourself (and your family) in a healthy way, but without spending hours in the kitchen or making six versions of the same dinner.

At SuperMums, we believe that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. That’s why we created the SuperMums Detox Challenge, a 3-week programme that helps mums get back on track with their nutrition, no matter how little time or energy they have.

What is the SuperMums Detox?

The aim of the Detox is simple: help you eliminate sugar and processed food from your daily routine and replace them with real, nourishing meals that give you more energy. It’s not a restrictive diet or a smoothie-only plan. It’s a way to eat better in real life, with your current schedule and capacity.

How does it work?

You’ll begin with a live info session where Bea explains how everything works. Then, for three weeks, you’ll receive meal plans you can follow or adapt. You’ll also have daily support via WhatsApp, where mums share what they eat and motivate each other.

There are three levels to choose from:

  • Level 1: perfect for pregnant mums or early postpartum — you’ll focus on eating real food and using the Harvard plate as a guide
  • Level 2: includes more carbs and works best when paired with regular training
  • Level 3: a paleo-style plan for mums who are ready for a deeper reset

Bea will help you choose the right level based on where you’re at. The structure is simple, flexible and adapted to each stage.

Real results, without restriction

Most mums lose an average of 2–3kg in three weeks, but the biggest changes happen inside: better habits, more clarity, less bloating and the feeling that you’re finally back in control.
