The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

Super nice studio with great classes (online for now). Bea motivates you to stay in shape during pregnancy and get back in shape after birth. Always with big smile! Pregnancy and postbirth are very special phases in your life and all the support you can have is super welcome. Supermums goes much further than fitness! It has a family feeling where everyone tries to help everyone! Really recommend!

I joined the prenatal classes and now doing postnatal. All online this year due to the pandemic and it has been great! Everything is so well organised and easy to follow. There are classes also for non-mums. I love the exercises we do, they are feasible but you really work out. And you feel safe as everything is tailored to a woman’s body in her different stages of life. Would totally recommend and hope to join classes in the nice studio in person soon!

I discovered SuperMums when my baby daughter was already almost 3 months - and I have always wished someone had told me before, so that I could also jump in the SuperBellies group! Ever since, I absolutely love the concept and the way Bea runs this empowering (in all the sense of that word) initiative. Perhaps the first encounter with apnea may be a bit weird (do not hesitate to ask question or ask Bea for personalised session!), but the longer you practice the more you notice how quickly it works its miracles, how much it helps you to get into a better shape and how inspirational it is to want to go for more! To that end, SuperMums is also a wonderful community through which you meet a great deal of exciting people - Mums and their babies. By the way, some of them you may already know from elsewhere (yes, for me there were also some happy reunions ;) It is not only helpful as a support through maternity period, but also brings a lot of fun and is an additional source of motivation (especially in periods Bea comes up with different initiatives such as group detox or running for cause etc.) All in all, SuperMums are absolutely wonderful, I definitely recommend it (and have been recommending to my own close friends) and be careful - in my case it has become addictive as a 'must do' each week ;) In other words, I feel a SuperMum because of SuperMums - and this is an amazing, happy state of mind ;)))
