The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.

SPECIFIC FOR YOU

We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.

Supermums has completely changed the prenatal and postnatal scene in Brussels. I'm forever thankful I found Supermums purely by chance during my second pregnancy. It's a one (super wo)man show! Bea runs everything by herself in a super organised and smooth manner. She also has great initiative for other activities and is super kind! I'd almost wish I was pregnant again just to go to her class! The classes are fun and have the right amount of toughness to bring you back to shape slowly but surely. If you're pregnant or have already given birth I highly recommend Supermums!

SuperMums is a great place to recover your pelvic floor after childbirth. And is very easy attend the classes because you can bring your baby with you! Beatriz Romo is a great teacher , she explained me everything about my recovery process and helps a lot !

Really nice classes! I was looking for a personal trainer to get back in shape after baby number 2 and I am more than happy to have found SuperMums! Nice variety of courses with different levels, great trainers and I love the international atmosphere! I have been doing it for a few months now and I really see the effects. It helps me to keep the motivation level high to know that we are a group of mums dealing with all the craziness of everyday live and having fun to exercice all together. A little + point for me: The possibility to follow the online classes (I'm a bit far from Bruxelles) during which Annamaria or Bea manage to motivate you and give you personalized advice!
