Terms and Regulations

Every attendee to any of the classes or services provided by SuperMums, both at the Studio or online, must comply with the following terms.

Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the subscription and the banning of the sessions, without any refunding rights on the remaining classes.

Summary

The contract is final and you commit to its duration. It is not possible to cancel the contract before its end.
The contract will automatically renew at the expiration date. If you would like to not renew your contract, please inform us before its expiration date.
By attending in-studio classes, you agree the Privacy Policy, in particular to the fact that the classes can be live-streamed to other SuperMums members and recorder for their use in the Virtual Wellness platform (Video on Demand) and for commercial purposes that include but are not limited to publicity in social media and reselling the recording. You grant explicit permission to use your image in the videos, for a time no longer than 5 years from the date of the class.

Terms of Service

Memberships

All memberships (class passes and contracts) are nominative and non-transferrable.
Contracts are auto-renewable. If you would like to not renew your contract, please inform us before its expiration date.
You have 14 days to retract from a purchase of a contract. After that time, the commitment is final and no cancellation is possible.
It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation to a class, workshop, or other event at SuperMums. SuperMums reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the unpaid participations are settled.
SuperMums also reserves the right, provided that it has your billing information, to execute a payment that will settle any debt.

Closing period & Memberships

During the holiday season, it is possible that the number of classes may be adapted or reduced to ensure that class occupancy is acceptable and attendees are not too scattered.
During closing periods, members with studio contracts may request their free contract pause or free access to the video library during this period.
This video access or contract freeze will not be done automatically, and it is the responsibility of the member to request it in due time.
Freezing cannot be done starting from a past date, so late freezing requests will result in an effective freezing date of the day the request was made.

Returns & Refunds

The purchase of any contract, Flexipass or other service is considered final.
You have 14 days to retract from a purchase of a contract. After that time, the commitment is final and no cancellation is possible.
If you have purchased the wrong service by mistake, please let us know before coming to any class, so that we can make a refund to your account credit. That amount may be used to purchase the correct service. Under no circumstance, aside from the 14 day withdrawal right, the refund will be made to the original payment method: only into the account balance.
Fees incurred when processing the original payment will be deducted from the refunded amount, should the refund be via SEPA or Credit Card.

Purchase Policy

Tariffs may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. Increase in tariffs applies to new contracts and passes only.
If purchasing packages require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by SEPA transfer, credit or debit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions will only be made on a case per case situation.
Fees may be applied in case of payment denial by the member’s bank or Credit Card provider.

Privacy Policy

What data is stored and why

If you contact us through one of the contact forms in the website, your name, phone number and email will be stored in our emailing account in the email we receive. We will use this information with the only purpose of contacting you back.

If you are a client, we use Mindbody’s platform to store the information you input in your profile. This information can be your name, date of birth, gender, home address, phone number, emergency contact person, weight and fitness goals. This information is exclusively used as contact information and to follow up your fitness progression.

Third parties

None of your personal information is being sold or transferred to any third party for any purpose. Contact information sent through our website contact forms is stored in Gmail within the email we receive and your Mindbody profile is stored within MindBody’s systems. Please refer to their privacy policy.

Right to access and right to be forgotten

You have the right to request SuperMums Belgium to provide you a copy of all the private data we have from you. You have also the right to request this data to be deleted. Exercising this right to be forgotten will obviously terminate any ongoing contract between you and SuperMums, and no credits will be reimbursed should you have any remaining.

Client’s image rights

With the sole purpose of providing a Video Library to the clients, the classes are live-streamed and recorded. Due to the characteristics of the SuperMums studio, it is inevitable that the attendees are also recorded. By attending the in-studio classes, you grant SuperMums the right to record the class and use the video in the Virtual Wellness platform, and for commercial purposes, that include, but is not limited to: reselling the recording and use for advertising, for a period of time no longer than 5 years from the class date.

By attending the classes, the client also agrees that pictures may be taken with commercial purposes, that include, but are not limited to: social media, display on the www.supermums.be website, and advertising. In any case, it is customary to ask for permission before each photo is uploaded, so that the clients are aware at which point in time the picture is being disclosed publicly.

SuperMums’s Intellectual Property

Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, and in order to protect SuperMums’s intellectual property and structure of the classes, it is forbidden that any client or third person records any class, partially or in its entirety.
