We had an absolute blast at the SuperMums Halloween Night Out! It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, fun, and wonderful company. If you couldn’t join us this time, don’t worry—our next Night Out is coming up this month on Saturday 16th November, and we’d love to celebrate with you there! Keep an eye out for details!

Many of you have been asking about our next Detox Program, and we’re excited to announce that it starts on January 13th, 2025! 🌿 While some of you are ready to jump in now, we’ve chosen to begin after the holiday season so you can fully enjoy the festivities without any restrictions. January is an ideal time to reset, recharge, and step into the new year with focus.
Ready to join? Don’t wait and book your spot now. Plus, you can plan ahead and book your Detox Program sessions for March and June. Yay!

Please note that the SuperMums studio will be closed from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, for the holiday season. We hope you take this time to relax, celebrate, and recharge for an amazing new year ahead! Our classes will resume on January 6th, 2025.
To make the most of your membership and avoid losing credits, consider attending extra classes before and after the holidays, based on your contract. For example, if you’re away for three weeks with a WonderPlan for 2 in-studio classes per week, you can enjoy six additional classes either before or after the break—an excellent way to stay on track and prep for all the festive treats!
If attending extra classes doesn’t fit your schedule, why not try our video library for just €21.99 during the break? It’s a great way to stay active at your convenience! Scroll down for more information. If you need to pause your contract, please email us to pause@supermums.be in advance to ensure timely processing. Please note that pauses are not handled automatically!

Update on Kirsten’s Yoga Classes:
NEW SCHEDULE: CLASSES NOW ON SUNDAYS
Due to popular demand, we’re excited to announce that Kirsten’s yoga classes will now be held on Sundays instead of Thursdays!
Classes are currently running every Thursday at 14:00, but we know many of you have requested a more convenient time. Don’t forget that these sessions will be available only until December 15th, so spaces are limited—be sure to secure your spot soon!
There’s no need for credits to join, but don’t wait too long; the classes will wrap up in just a few weeks! To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring your babies to class.
