New Booking Window:
Reserve Your Classes 8 Days in Advance
Great news! We’ve extended our booking window so you can now reserve your favorite classes 8 days in advance instead of 7. This change gives you even more flexibility to plan your week and secure your spot in the sessions you love. Whether you’re planning SuperBellies, SuperMums, or WonderWoMums classes, you can now book ahead with ease. Log in, check the schedule, and enjoy the extra day to plan your journey with us!
Reminder: Holiday Closure
As announced already in our November Newsletter, please note that the SuperMums studio will be closed from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, for the holiday season. We hope you take this time to relax, celebrate, and recharge for an amazing new year ahead! Our classes will resume on January 6th, 2025.
To make the most of your membership and avoid losing credits, consider attending extra classes before and after the holidays, based on your contract. For example, if you’re away for three weeks with a WonderPlan for 2 in-studio classes per week, you can enjoy six additional classes either before or after the break—an excellent way to stay on track and prep for all the festive treats!
If attending extra classes doesn’t fit your schedule, why not try our video library for just €21.99 during the break? It’s a great way to stay active at your convenience! If you need to pause your contract, please email us to pause@supermums.be in advance to ensure timely processing. Please note that pauses are not handled automatically!
During this wonderful time of year, let’s focus on staying active and making the most of each class together!

Surviving the Holiday Treats:
Tips for a Healthier Festive Season!
The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes the abundance of festive sweets and treats that can make sticking to our health goals a challenge. But with a few mindful strategies, you can still enjoy the season’s flavors without going overboard!
First, remember that it’s not about cutting out treats entirely—it’s about finding balance. Choose your favorite holiday indulgences and savor them slowly, letting each bite count. Sometimes a small portion of a favorite dessert is all it takes to satisfy a craving!
Before heading to holiday gatherings, consider having a balanced snack with protein and fiber. This can help curb your hunger and make it easier to stick to smaller portions when treats are within reach. Staying hydrated also helps reduce cravings, as we often mistake thirst for hunger.
Look for creative ways to bring healthier holiday options into your celebrations. Swap in fresh fruits, nuts, or dark chocolate when you can, or explore recipes that reduce sugar but keep the festive flavors.
Finally, stay active! A brisk walk, a short workout with our video library, or even a dance around the living room can boost your mood and help balance out those extra holiday calories. Embrace the holiday spirit with a plan that keeps you feeling strong and energized throughout the season. Enjoy every moment, knowing you’re taking care of yourself!

When Winter Steals the Sun:
The Power of Vitamin D
As the days get shorter and the weather gets chillier, it’s easy to forget how important vitamin D is for our health, especially during the winter months. Vitamin D plays a key role in supporting a strong immune system, improving mood, and promoting overall wellness. With less sunlight during the colder months, it’s crucial to ensure we’re getting enough of this essential nutrient.
Vitamin D helps our bodies absorb calcium, supports bone health, and even boosts our immune system, making it especially important during the winter when colds and flu are more common. Many of us don’t get enough vitamin D from food alone, which is why it’s often recommended to take a supplement during the colder months—especially for busy SuperMums on the go.
So, how can you make sure you’re getting enough vitamin D this season? Start by adding vitamin D-rich foods to your diet, such as fatty fish (like salmon), fortified milk or plant-based milk, eggs, and mushrooms. And if you’re not getting enough from your diet or sunlight, consider a supplement—just be sure to check with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
Don’t let the winter blues get you down—make vitamin D a part of your daily routine, and enjoy the season feeling energized and healthy!
