January Detox: The Results
How detoxing boosted vitality and focus
Congratulations to all our incredible participants in the SuperMums Detox Program!
You’ve embraced the “New Year, new me” philosophy and made amazing strides toward better health. Detoxing isn’t always easy, but every healthy choice you’ve made has brought you closer to feeling your absolute best. This program was all about resetting, re-energizing, and reconnecting with your body—and you absolutely crushed it!
We’re thrilled to celebrate your success and hear about your journey! Whether you’ve lost pounds, gained energy, discovered your favorite new tips or recipes, or experienced some powerful changes in your body, your stories will inspire others to take the leap toward better health. Keep pushing forward—your dedication is so inspiring!

- “Normally, I don’t weigh myself, but I measured my waist today, and it’s 5 cm less! So exciting!”
- “It’s probably my 6th detox … This detox isn’t a competition, and it’s not a sprint—it’s a marathon. You will all see the results later on, just keep going!”
- “When I do level 3, my heart rhythm slows down, and I have such deep sleep. It’s been incredible!”

We’re Listening to Your Feedback!
We’ve heard from many of you about the frustration of long waitlists, and we want to assure you that we’re taking action. In response to your requests, we’re excited to announce that we are opening new classes to help you get started without the wait. Thanks for participating in the WhatsApp survey!
- Join us every Monday at 7:40 AM, for our WonderWomums Strength class.
- Tuesdays, we open a new class at 9:45 AM for our SuperMums with Bea.
- Wednesdays at 20:15, we open a class for our WonderWomums Strength (we will only keep it if really needed and if there are waiting lists for Mondays and Tuesdays).
- And last but not least, Thursdays, we open another SuperMums class at 11 AM with Sofia.
We know how important it is for you to come as much as possible, and we’re doing everything we can to expand our offerings and reduce wait times. Thank you for your continued patience and support. We can’t wait to see you in class!

From indoor playdates to outdoor adventures, we’ll keep each other updated on the best places and events happening in our city.

Bring Your Partner and Celebrate Love with Us!
This Valentine’s Day, we’re spreading the love in a special way for our SuperBellies!
For one day only, we’re inviting you to bring your partners along to class for a memorable experience. What’s in store? Our topic will be the hormones during labor and postpartum and how the future dad can help the mum to be better during those special and so important moments.
Come celebrate with us, enjoy some quality time with your partner, and let’s make this Valentine’s extra special for everyone. Whether you’re attending for the first time or you’re a regular, we can’t wait to share the love with you!
Save the date: Wednesday 12.02.25, 19h (90 minutes), bring your partner, confortable clothes, a meal to share and let us handle the rest. We promise it’ll be a class to remember and useful things to learn for the labour!

Dress up and bring your little ones—yes, kids are invited too! Whether it’s funky costumes, creative makeup, or wacky accessories, we’re all about having fun and letting our imaginations run wild.
Come join us for a week of festive spirit, music, and good vibes, where everyone is encouraged to wear their best Carnival outfits with plenty of photo opportunities to capture the memories!
So, get your costumes ready, bring your little carnival stars, and let’s make this Carnival week one to remember!

Nourishing Your Heart and Body

This February, we’re all about Vitamin Love! While we’re celebrating love and connection, let’s not forget to nourish ourselves with the vitamins that support our heart, mood, and overall well-being.
One key player is vitamin C – often thought of for immune support, but also essential for heart health. It helps protect blood vessels and improves circulation, making it a perfect fit for this love-filled month! You’ll find Vitamin C in delicious fruits like oranges, strawberries, kiwis, and bell peppers. It’s also an essential part of collagen production, which keeps your skin, gums, and bones healthy.
But let’s not stop there—vitamin E is another heart-healthy vitamin, known for its antioxidant properties that help protect your cells and tissues. A handful of nuts or seeds, or a bit of avocado, can give you that Vitamin E boost to keep your body—and your heart—feeling strong.
So, this February, let’s show ourselves some Vitamin Love by eating vibrant, nutrient-packed foods and taking time for self-care. After all, a healthy body is the foundation for all kinds of love, including the love we share with our families!

Heart-Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse
This creamy, delicious dessert is packed with nutrients and makes a perfect Valentine’s treat. It’s rich, indulgent, and much healthier than traditional mousse! This recipe is not only delicious but also full of healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber—perfect for a guilt-free Valentine’s indulgence!
Why not surprise your Valentine with a beautiful, romantic menu and add this as the perfect dessert? It’s a sweet way to show you care while keeping things healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey, to taste)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries (like raspberries or strawberries) for garnish

Instructions:
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings before serving.
