Beatriz Romo
Beatriz RomoDirector of SuperMums Belgium
Beatriz holds a degree in Physical Education, she is a personal trainer specialized in fitness during pregnancy and post-partum. She is also a certified trainer of Low Pressure Fitness, the first and only in Belgium.

She has 14 years of experience teaching group classes such as aerobic, step, spinning, funky, aerodance, pilates, weightlifting, swimming and personal training.

She also holds the following certifications:
– Bmom Gym (Prenatal & postnatal fitness) level 2 (Madrid, Spain 2017)
– Low Pressure Fitness instructor level 3. Certified. (Madrid, Spain 2016)
– BMOM Gym. Prenatal and Postnatal training level 1. (Barcelona, Spain – 2016)
– Physical Activity during Pregnancy and Postpartum
– Sistema Embarazo Activo. (2019. American College of Sports Medicine)
– Woman: Hormones, Nutrition and training. (2018. NSCA CEU)

Lucia Cabanova
Lucia CabanovaAmbassador and Babywearing Dance by Grovaroo instructor
Lucia is our first SuperMums ambassador. She joined the classes as SuperBellies of her first child, and did the whole loop and back again with her second child!

She is our instructor of the Babywearing dance by Grovaroo classes.

Annamária Kovács
Annamária KovácsPhysiotherapist and Personal Trainer
I obtained my degree plus the sport rehabilitation specialization in Hungary and then my personal trainer qualification in Belgium. I acquired my work experience throughout Europe (Hungary, Finland and Belgium) working in hospitals, private clinics and gyms.

In addition to my personal trainer skills, my physiotherapy background can help treat different types of injuries (Achilles tendon rupture, runner’s knee, joint problems, etc) as well as specific conditions such as postural corrections, rectus diastasis, pre and post-operative rehabilitation and scoliosis.

I am also working towards adding to my skillset in the near future to treat pelvic floor problems.
